During the summer we invite you to help us explore one of two bioinformatics projects: (Knowledge in R or Python is needed)

• Computational project: Annotating base modifications in small RNA molecules using small and high molecular RNA sequencing.
• Computational project: Identifying microRNA’s targets based on sequence and expression.
