During the summer we invite you to help us explore one of two bioinformatics projects: (Knowledge in R or Python is needed)

• Identifying which RNA molecules are localized in specific cell compartments. The project entails identifying the molecules, modifications and amount, using sequencing data.
• Using machine learning modules to identify A-to-I RNA editing sites.
