Research Summary

We study fundamental epigenetics processes affecting gene expression and regulation. We are currently working on several projects: 1. RNA modification functions. 2. Understanding the interaction between RNAi and RNA editing processes. 3. Endogenous RNAi pathways in C. elegans. 4. Reliable quantification of gene expression in RNA-seq data.
