Dr. Lana Volokh brings over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with broad expertise in medical technology development, clinical research, product management, and regulatory strategy. She has held leadership roles in global corporations and startups, led industry-academia collaborations, and authored scientific publications and patents.
In 2017, she co-founded AnserBio, a biotech company developing a first-in-class therapy that delivers functional p53 protein to cancer cells using extracellular vesicles (EVs). This innovative technology targets a wide range of cancer-related mutations and offers a new therapeutic approach with a favorable safety profile and potential for combination with existing treatments.
