Over the past few weeks, the Faculty of Biology celebrated the graduation of its undergraduate Class of 2025 with two special ceremonies:
📍 The faculty ceremony, held in the Biology Auditorium, took place in the presence of Faculty Dean Prof. Michael Glickman, Teaching Coordinator Ms. Miriam Kraus and outgoing Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies Prof. Ariel Kaplan. It was a meaningful and emotional event filled with pride. We extend our warmest congratulations to our graduates and wish them continued success in their professional and personal journeys.
🎓 The Technion-wide graduation ceremony, held the following day, was a festive celebration marking the Technion’s centennial year. A total of 1,983 undergraduate degrees were conferred—41% to women. Prof. Yoav Arava, a faculty member in the Faculty of Biology and Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies, addressed the graduates and said: “We’ve seen you volunteer, serve, protect, and lead—even while pursuing your demanding studies. My wish is that you continue to lead—not only in your professional fields, but also as moral contributors to a united society.”
🌿 Dear graduates – you are a true source of pride. Thank you for the dedication, curiosity, and commitment you have shown throughout your time with us. We wish you great success as you continue to grow, lead, and make an impact.
With pride and appreciation,
The Faculty of Biology – Technion 💚
