Prediction of Response to Immune Checkpoint Blockade Treatments Using Tumour Microenvironment Cellular Landscape
Immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) treatments hold great promise in the realm of cancer therapy. However, they are not flawless, and it remains crucial to pinpoint the characteristics that impact the effectiveness of these treatments. In this study, we theorize that the primary factor determining response is the cellular composition in the tumour microenvironment.
To that end, we utilize cellular compression as a prediction for ICB treatment outcomes.
